NHSI Ridgecrest Site
Tenth operation: In June 2004, NHSI was approached by the Board of Directors of Sage Community Health Center for a possible collaboration between the two entities. Ridgecrest Community Health Center was born after thorough review of the situation and meetings with staff of both organizations as well as the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital administrator. On June 21, 2004, the operation started to provide primary and preventive health care services with plans to expand to a full range of services similar to those at NHSI sites.
